WordPress Maintenance Terms & Conditions
The following are our terms and conditions for WordPress Maintenance plans – please read them carefully.
What’s Included:
Updates – Your support package includes updates to the WordPress core, all themes (whether or not they’re active), and all installed plugins (whether or not they’re active). When possible, we’ll make these updates as soon as they’re available, but at minimum we’ll make these updates twice a month for Basic Plan subscribers, weekly for Pro Plan subscribers.
Backups – Site backups will run on a schedule (weekly for Basic plan subscribers, daily for Pro plan subscribers). We do not host or store your backups. We will not be able to provide access to backups after your plan has been canceled.
Performance Optimization – We’ll do our best to keep your site loading quickly and correctly, but some things are out of our hands. Load time might depend on your hosting provider, content distribution network, internet service provider, or other factors. We can’t guarantee any specific performance metrics.
Security – No one can guarantee that your site will never be hacked, but if it is, we’ll work with you to fix it. This may involve reinstalling WordPress and restoring your site from the most recent backup. Most often, when a security vulnerability is identified, it can be remediate with a software update. If an update isn’t available or won’t work for your site for any reason, we’ll let you know so you can make an informed decision about how to proceed. We’ll do the same if a plugin or theme has been abandoned by its developer.
Account Manager – You will be assigned to an account manager, who will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours or less, excluding weekends and US holidays.
What’s Not Included:
Content creation
Content changes (uploading images, editing text, editing posts or pages, design changes, etc.)
Content authoring (setup and publishing of posts and/or pages)
Design work (image resizing, cropping, file size edits, page or post layouts, etc.)
Development (coding, adding site features, installing new themes or plugins, etc.)
Search engine optimization
Comment moderation or spam comment removal

Billing
Your credit card will be charged automatically each month.
If your monthly payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to pause support services until a payment is made.
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, support will cease at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
